- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to ensure robustness, scalability, and security.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML pipelines and integrating them into production environments.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product launches and technical transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying architectural risks.
