Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and optimization of deep learning models, focusing on inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and integrate relevant advancements into our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
