Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our flagship AI products leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Design Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, researchers, and security experts to ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and strategic planning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
