Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., edge AI, quantum-inspired algorithms) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Oversee the deployment of high-performance inference pipelines and optimize model latency across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate complex research concepts into production-ready applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and data privacy compliance.
- mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and experience with C++ for performance optimization.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models (billions of parameters) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with model quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration (NVIDIA GPUs/TPUs).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
