Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap specifically for the 2026 product release cycle, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Agentic AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of autonomous agents into our core product suite, ensuring seamless interoperability and high performance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical onboarding.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks to ensure sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols for AI data handling and ensure compliance with emerging 2026 regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Passionate about emerging trends in AI, specifically Agentic workflows and AI safety.
