Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Stack: Lead the architectural design for our upcoming suite of AI products, ensuring scalability and performance for the next generation of technology.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, prioritizing R&D initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, next-gen NLP) to determine their feasibility for our 2026 roadmap.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
