Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies to keep Apex Innovations at the forefront of the industry.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI systems that can handle massive data volumes and complex computations.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead POC (Proof of Concept) initiatives for cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing readiness.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with innovative solutions.
