Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for all AI initiatives targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to deliver production-ready models.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
