Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural planning for large-scale neural network models, ensuring scalability and longevity.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy in real-time environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define product roadmaps aligned with industry trends.
