Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Architect and oversee the technical vision for our flagship AI infrastructure projects, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design & Optimization: Design complex distributed systems that handle high-throughput data streams, leveraging microservices and containerization.
- AI Model Integration: Translate advanced machine learning research into practical, low-latency deployment strategies for enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product managers, data scientists, and executive leadership to align on strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all 2026 systems comply with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and event-driven architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
