Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps, specifically focusing on AI safety and scalability targets for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce inference costs and latency in real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver AI features that exceed user expectations.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to integrate them into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
