Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI/ML architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Roadmap Leadership: Lead the Research & Development team in defining the technical roadmap and key milestones for upcoming AI deployments.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models and predictive algorithms to ensure high performance.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business objectives into technical AI strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and optimize for scalability.
