Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced LLMs and Computer Vision.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture within the AI research team.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance in high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate cutting-edge research prototypes into deployable APIs.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception through deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
