Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the design of next-generation neural network architectures and optimization strategies for edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI models across all product lines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and research emerging technologies to keep Nexus Horizon Labs at the forefront.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems and large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
