Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models optimized for the 2026 computing environment.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching novel AI algorithms and neural architectures.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency applications in real-time systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, edge computing, and quantum-inspired computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
