The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our core AI platforms leading up to the 2026 launch cycle.

- Model Optimization: Oversee the research and development of proprietary algorithms to enhance predictive accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Innovation Management: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) for integration.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical visions and leading large-scale engineering projects.
