Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for next-generation 2026 products.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers in the development of state-of-the-art AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for high-performance computing workloads and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong experience with MLOps and model deployment strategies.
