Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade predictive models.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including quantum engineers and hardware specialists, to integrate AI with next-gen processing units.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize model latency and resource consumption.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on machine learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Future-Proof Mindset: A demonstrated track record of adapting to rapid technological changes and anticipating industry trends.
