Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Define and implement the 2026 Technical Standards for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Drive the integration of new AI paradigms, including federated learning and neuro-symbolic AI.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying high-availability ML systems at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and parallel processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
