Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end autonomous agent architectures that can reason, plan, and execute complex multi-step tasks.
- Model Optimization: Lead the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-throughput, low-latency inference environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards for the AI division, ensuring scalability and security.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with legacy systems and third-party APIs to create seamless enterprise solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including Multimodal AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) is essential.
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Cloud Computing: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
