Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures and pipelines tailored for high-volume, low-latency environments, specifically optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our AI initiatives, translating business goals into concrete engineering milestones and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
