As a Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing the core AI stack that will power our products through 2026 and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver transformative solutions that set industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Stack: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive product differentiation.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization to ensure real-time latency and high accuracy.
- Establish Standards: Define best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into clear roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Deep Expertise: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in LLM development (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design high-availability, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on solving complex optimization problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
