Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for high-traffic environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers in research and development initiatives.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI governance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
