Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures for autonomous agents and LLM orchestration.
- Lead technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., spatial computing, edge AI) expected in the 2026 roadmap.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
