Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on the 2026 roadmap, including LLM optimization and multimodal learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define best practices for data privacy, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Evaluate and select cutting-edge hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs, Quantum processors) for training large models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and performance under load.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning principles, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
