Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads and data volumes.
- Lead the integration of emerging quantum computing technologies into current AI workflows.
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with future-ready regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews to optimize system performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, distributed system deployments in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws, ethical AI principles, and system security architecture.
