Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists to innovate on transformer models and generative AI workflows.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex 2026 roadmap requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of architecting high-availability systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
