Responsibilities
- Architect Future AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically optimized for the demands of 2026, including advanced LLMs and neural-symbolic integration.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical initiatives, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research papers into production-ready code, focusing on efficiency and ethical AI practices.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference pipelines and model training workflows to maximize performance and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and security experts to ensure AI solutions are robust, user-friendly, and compliant.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is essential.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt architectural strategies for upcoming paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
