- Work with cutting-edge technology including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options in a Series B startup.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with headquarters in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning architectures, including Transformers and GANs.
- Collaborate with our Quantum Research division to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Establish and enforce rigorous best practices for data governance, ethics, and model interpretability.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists to drive technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency for edge devices and large-scale cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience architecting production-grade AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with CUDA is a plus.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative media models.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
