Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the development and optimization of deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Define best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical strategy.
