Responsibilities

- Lead high-level research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and ethical AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Prioritize the development of efficient, low-latency neural networks for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience designing systems that bridge traditional computing with quantum algorithms (preferred).
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
