Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment pipeline, ensuring models are optimized for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and best practices to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
