Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Autonomous Agents) with a focus on the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps to ensure system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
