Responsibilities
- Lead the design of proprietary AI algorithms and system architectures.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, robotics, and generative modeling.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep experience with distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
