Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and execution.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance LLM (Large Language Model) pipelines and inference engines.
- Optimize deep learning models for latency and cost-efficiency in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate 2026 product roadmaps into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and explainability within the engineering team.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
