Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for Machine Learning and Data Science teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, including generative models and neural networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Extensive knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
