- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers in best practices for AI ethics and deployment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term AI strategies and product roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain MLOps pipelines that support continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
