Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance machine learning architectures tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of model development, from training data pipelines to deployment and real-time inference optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to translate complex AI concepts into robust software solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Performance Engineering: Drive technical excellence in latency reduction, throughput maximization, and cost efficiency for large-scale inference.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Generative AI: Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- System Design: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and high-availability system design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
