Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the end-to-end development of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Implement robust security protocols to safeguard proprietary AI models and user data.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our core systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading architectural decisions in high-scale, distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and deployment strategies.
