Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of operating in complex, real-world environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary neural architectures and generative models.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices and advanced methodologies.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into viable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Establish and enforce standards for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
