We are building the future, and we are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect (2026 Vision) to lead our strategic initiative. In this pivotal role, you will design the next generation of autonomous systems and generative AI models that will define the industry standard for the coming decade.
As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, secure, and ethically sound. You will work in a high-performance environment focused on innovation and rapid deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Initiative: Define and execute the architectural vision for our upcoming suite of AI products, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Development & Optimization: Design and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Infrastructure Architecture: Build robust, cloud-native pipelines using AWS or Azure to handle massive data throughput and low-latency inference.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record working with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
