Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI architecture strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI projects, from data ingestion to model deployment and MLOps.
- Architect secure, cloud-native solutions using AWS or Azure, optimizing for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying production-grade NLP and generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
