Responsibilities

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for model governance, security, and ethical AI deployment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or research-oriented projects is highly preferred.
