Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for autonomous agents and multi-agent collaboration environments.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Engineer inference pipelines that reduce latency and cost while maximizing model accuracy and reasoning capabilities.
- Drive 2026 Readiness: Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies such as Spatial Computing interfaces, Edge AI deployment, and advanced reinforcement learning.
- Ensure AI Safety & Ethics: Establish rigorous guardrails, bias mitigation strategies, and alignment protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor & Grow: Guide a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated success in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
