Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for the 2026 Vision platform, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases, improving inference speed and accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems, creating seamless user experiences.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for AI development.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation within the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex mathematical and engineering challenges with creative solutions.
