Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures optimized for the computational requirements of 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the research and integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing deep learning models.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements across large-scale data pipelines, reducing latency and increasing throughput by 40%.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in autonomous agents.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate concepts for future technologies, transitioning viable ideas into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing systems that handle millions of transactions per second.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
