Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including Large Language Models and computer vision systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure low-latency inference at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
