Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models and agentic workflows capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating Quantum-Ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainability in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable LLMs and Generative AI applications in production.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
