Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using advanced cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define the technical roadmap for the company's AI evolution over the next 2 years.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on LLMs or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
