- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure and neural network architectures for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Implement cutting-edge techniques to optimize model latency, throughput, and accuracy for real-time inference.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical strategies and milestones for the 2026 generation of AI tools, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI into enterprise-level systems.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and optimize performance bottlenecks.
